The Flexkids Documentation portal (knowledge base) is available 24/7 and contains a wealth of reference information about Flexkids.

If you cannot find the solution to your problem, you can submit a ticket to Flexkids Support. A ticket is a support request explaining the details of your question or problem. In your own Flexkids account you can see all your submitted tickets (support requests) and their status. You can only create a ticket using an account. Ask for the account login details within your organisation.

You can also request an advisory meeting with one of our consultants. We will then make a price arrangement and plan an advisory meeting, either by phone or on site, to provide personal assistance.
